Why Capitals?

A lady on my craft forum always types her DIL's name in capitals, or so I thought. I asked why she always did it, and she said she didn't have a clue.. it just happened.
She types the L in capitals, then lets go of the caps key, but the rest appears in capitals.
It is only on this one word.
Example below>>

"Gaby and LUISA are still in the land of nod,"

Anuyone have a clue please ?

Some form of 'Autocomplete' I should think.

Without knowing what she's using to post from I cannot be any more accurate

Thank you, we are suggesting she looks when typing, as we suspect predictive text. We old ladies have to look at the k/board rather than the screen.
(A tablet of some description is as much info as we can get.)
It could be some kind of accessibility feature, e.g. StickyKeys:

When I was at school in the 50's and 60's, we were taught to capitalize peoples name...ie Michael, John, Mary, etc. Perhaps its related to that ?
