No, I'm not talking about an argument Jno, or sad about it Mam, but over the last few weeks, I've seen members putting in a reply for their answer to be twisted by a few, I've had one today & thought what's the point of adding your views.

you've been misunderstood, then. All you can do is patiently put them to rights or ignore them. I don't know what the Ed could do to raise the IQs of people using the site.

I think you have to remember too TWR that we have to be able to be called on to justify what we post if someone asks - I saw the post I think you refer to and the word that raised my hackles was 'dump' - but not enough to comment on.


We can't always expect everyone to get our gist and let our answers pass without comment.

Firstly you know I think you have a heart of gold and I think you're a very valuable poster but be honest,you do make your views felt quite strongly and when you post in News you have to expect people to try and trip others up, it's the nature of the topic. I think I've seen the post you mean and it has been misconstrued but not worth worrying about.

T, I like many on here state what the think, at time I do have strong views but one thing I never do, & will never do is twist a members reply's. Trivial? I do not think so.
