I know it's a bit late but Madeira for 7 doesn't sit right with me - especially as it's not spelt with ear (lug). It looks more like A then an anagram of lug one which gives Angelou. Not heard of it but Maya Angelou gave a famous recipe for Caramel cake - so I'm suggesting it's Angelou
