When entering crossword puzzle information printing letters etc freezes on Answer Bank before I finish the question.Is there a reason for this since I have no problem elsewhere?

I guess there has to be a reason for it, but I suspect it is probably with your PC as it's not been a common problem here as far as I can tell.

Have you tried a different browser ?

If the problem also occurs when printing letters (which presumably is not part of using AnswerBank) then it is probably an issue with your PC. If by 'printing letters' you meant typing replies on AB then it may be an issue with your browser if you are using Internet Explorer

Expect problems on Answerbank, if you are using Internet Explorer and possibly similar failures with Google Chrome.
