Hello - The Silence Starts Tomorrow!!

Hey all, it's Liv (CaptainB daughter) again! Just thought I'd pop on to update you all about my Silent Mission.
So my silence starts at 8am tomorrow and the reality of this challenge is kicking in. 1 week of pure silence is going to be so hard; but I'm sure mum and dad will be glad of the peace for a while!!
So far I have written out little note cards that I can produce to people in shops and at work to get me through small conversation. I have also written little letters to my neighbours explaining this week and apologising for not talking to them haha. All the preparation is going well so far!!
I have currently managed to raise £737 for Mind - the mental health charity; as well as a further £500 from my work place so we are certainly smashing targets once again.

Thank you all for being so kind. I'm currently on day 6 and can start talking at 2pm tomorrow. I am absolutely thrilled to say I smashed my target. I have currently raised £820 and an extra £500 coming from my workplace!
It has certainly been the hardest thing I have ever done; an awful lot harder than I ever imagined. Particularly Wednesday when I still went in and did my shift at work!! BUT I did it all without a word so I'm very proud.
