Are Quizzers Becoming Lazy?
51 Answers
I have noticed that more questions are being asked on quizzes with two, sometimes three, months to run.
Are people becoming lazy and letting others do the work?, or is it a case of I must finish it NOW because my life is so busy!
The prizes are hardly life-changing so I doubt financial reasons are the cause.
I am just curious to have an insight into this, so please hold back on the abuse if possible.

Surely the whole point of a quiz is to use your brain? I gave over doing our local Cancer quiz because so many people just 'googled' the answers. I just donate the money instead. So to answer the question,I think quizzers must be getting lazier.
QuizmasterG, Apart from the Rainbow Charity puzzle (which appears to be the untouchable holy of holies) I’m neither in particular, but so often here I’ve seen people deterred from asking questions by those who consistently either tell them they shouldn’t be asking, advise them to go to ‘the other’ site, where incidentally, they’re also told they shouldn’t be asking, or are merely met with ‘Plenty of time yet’, or words to that effect. It’s not me who’s the high horse climber.
That said, I know someone who can’t put the Rainbow quiz down until he’s finished it. It goes everywhere with him. Drives him potty. I think he might be an early asker – and I can understand why.

Quizmonster, that's exactly the point I'm making. If you didn't look at the threads here or on the other site, you wouldn't be having the answers spoon fed to you. If you don't want to see the answers why look at all?
