The stupidity of advertising people never surprises me, DTC
And Greggs should apologise for serving not hot...not warm...but cold pastries that taste pretty awful, once out of the oven for hours at a time. Still the same price though!
Avoid the chain shops, such as Greggs and go to the independents as they DO care. Rant over...I thangggg euuuu. ☺

I'll tell you a tale about Gregg's. I used to like their small bread buns. I went into the shop and asked for 1/2 dozen, only to be told that, "I'm sorry, but I only have a dozen left". No way was she going to split the cellophane, even though it was almost closing time and the dozen would have ended up in the skip ten minutes later.
