Not sure when but I saw a teaser for the new series of Luther, Ruth Wilson is back
I wonder if it will be an xmas outing. All the previous seasons are on iplayer - I've spent the weekend catching up.

If it's to be included in the Christmas schedules they're leaving it remarkably late. All of the main listing magazines are scheduled to be in the major supermarkets in 26 days time and Luther isn't yet in the list of programmes already known to be scheduled for this Christmas:

I've never watched that show is it worth a look that I'd like? Other series on catch-up/ Netflix etc.. I've watched inc: 'Breaking Bad' 'GOT' 'Prison Break' and currently 'Mr Robot' I do like Idris Elba... in films and such, Wasn't keen on Sherlock.

i've really enjoyed it, but its a bit "tortured cop/crossing lines making good. If you watched line of duty and liked it might be for you. Ruth Wilson is superb in it

It does seem to have high praise so probably start from series 1... see how it goes.

you do need to start at the beginning as the back stories follow all the way through and they're important otherwise you have no clue what they're on about!

I guessed it might be so, I can't imagine anyone randomly watching an episode of 'Supernatural' as a teaser and having a clue whats going on, Game of Thrones as well.

I was doubtful about it but me and the missus binge watch the first season last night, bloody brilliant
