Have the most beautiful neighbours - two in particular - a married couple who would do anything for me.
Unfortunately their (in my opinion) first two children are spoilt unbelievable. I love the third child.
They are just working hard parents. But the first boy is spoilt cos he is the first born. Next they have attached the "middle child syndrome" to her and to me she plays to the gallery. She is 16.
Next is the loveliest kindest kid.
18th birthday for boy last Thursday, Received £1,000 for present from his parents. I am stumped.
He had money saved in a money box that needed to be opened by a tin opener which I obliged with mine. He went insane when the money box was fully open - he only wanted Euros to pour out but because I had opened whole tin - he went berserk.
Middle child syndrome has been playing to the gallery for years perhaps from 10 -14 - wanted to sleep with mama and mama did sleep with her until she was 14 because of anxiety.
this is because the middle suffers from extreme anxiety at 16 and before.
if she takes a sore leg - then she is brought to A&E.
All of the family have had a holiday in Spain recently and I mean 5 families were involved. I met the "middle" child and asked "well did you have a good holiday" no I had food poisoining and mama told me -oh no it was anxiety"
Please tell me - this little girl has had anxiety from 8-16 - yet at the birthday party all dolled up - got into a spa pool in the private party with another 5 fellas. and hopped out again.
Am I very old or what - but I sure would not be getting into a 5 fellas spa on my own at 16 . Am I old fashioned.
I understand Mamy what you say - but when you see the reaction of the lad when I opened his money tin - like going berserk cos he only wanted euros coins released (I didn't know this) - no notes to be released. My God a stingy little funk.
there are so many things you want to say but I cannae cos I would lose my lovely neighbours.
i give all my children £1021 on their 21st birthday with the understanding that this is the last big birthday present they are very happy with this as it helps them get something new for their homes it was my daughters 25th last week she got a signed print of brian may and a bottle of gin
as a child we had very little as a family and i guess i try to give my kids a lot of what i didn't get but not everything but i encourage them to partake in what we can afford my youngest who is 16 is joining the national citizens service this summer and she attended D of E awards last year
