I have just read this on Sky News on my laptop. Sorry no link.

"A six-week-old baby has become one of the latest to die after testing positive for the coronavirus.

NHS England said the baby was among 332 people who have died after testing positive for the virus, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths in England's hospitals to 22,764."

Terrible at any age, but this poor wee one's life had barely begun.

Thank you for that link Mamya. So sad, my heart goes out to the poor parents and relatives.
Cant imagine what the parents must be going though. Absolutely heartbreaking.
Wonder what it died of?
A baby's death is always terrible. Bad things happen-we grieve.

I was very sad to read of this, may they rest in peace.
The baby had a heart condition.
Poor little soul. As if it wasn't enough being born with a heart condition to then catch CV. Just dreadful.
How sad. Poor little child and poor parents. Nothing could console for this.
Poor wee thing.
Sad but it should be noted it is with rather than of. It unfortunately had a heart defect although this is difficult to find and not reported in most 'stories'.

BBC television news reported it last night.
