Heard mash up of Christmas carols by symphony orchestra. The piece ended with 'we wish you a merry Christmas ' What is the title and composer please?

If it was on Classic FM (and you can remember roughly when you heard it), you should be able to track it down on their playlist: https://www.classicfm.com/radio/playlist/ However neither of the two pieces that they seem to play most often ends with "We Wish You a Merry Christmas". Those two pieces are "Christmas Medley" by the LSO (which, to the best of my knowledge is simply an arrangement by their own
conductor) . . .

'Oratorio'? Methinks you're mixing your Bach up with your Hess! Bach had a Christmas Oratorio, whereas Hess had a Christmas Overture:
