Hi
I paid £49.99 to Bullguard anti virus in January as it comes off automatically but they are changing to Norton and RBS have changed their Visa card. To Mastercard I took it to the bank and the teller helped me to do this .
Computer now says it has expired and it was renewed 2023. My neighbour spoke to Bullguard on computer and they said they would take it to head office but meanwhile could I renew it @£2499 and they would refund the previous money paid and would phone me next day .I received no phone call and Bullguard still says expired .I do have bank statements to say money has been deducted from my bank account .Any advice please .Thanks

3. Check that Windows Security has automatically replaced Bullguard/Norton (as it should have done):
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Open Windows Security
(If, for some reason, Windows Security is shown as disabled, click to switch it on).
4. Sit back and relax. You don't need Bullguard. You don't need Norton. You don't need AVG. You don't need Avast. You don't need any other third-party software. Windows Security is all you really need.
