Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

A superb, challenging puzzle; one which was difficult to walk away from.

Clues were generally excellent (I thought 22 was a tad weak), a nice PDM and a novel endgame.

Don't think there will be many complaints about this puzzle being too easy, though I'm not totally convinced by the final step.

I guess this is the beast we were all expecting. I enjoyed the challenge - thanks Rebel.

This one hinges on those messages in the dropped letters, and it's quite a tough one to crack if you've made a couple of errors (as I did) or have a couple of gaps. One or two of of the answers were quite obscure, too.

So helpful to read the preamble. Just taken on board that there's 180-degree symmetry. Certainly speeds things up a bit...

A la Cruncher, I completed this forgetting the 180 symmetry, but at least it resolved a couple of unknowns when I remembered it. Lovely puzzle. I have an alternative, equally valid I think, answer to one clue which held up my endgame a bit, but even so I wouldn't have said this was the hardest this year. Thanks Rebel!
