Sadly the weather doesn't look too promising and we decided not to go to Weymouth next week and have changed our booking to tag those days on to the beginning of our trip to Poole in July instead. 

Wishing you a wonderful day and a lovely Easter holiday, whatever you decide to do.

I'm planning a very quiet Easter at home - the weather is predicted as good so the world and his extended family will be out on the road - so I'm giving that a wide berth

Cut my grass for the first time, this year (well it won't cut its self) It was so long and lush, I was expecting to find the lost tribe out there!

G'day all that visit, not much happening here downunder, but, my lawn mower has a very flat tyre, sob,sob.

Good morning, Birdies.  Pretty damn cold out and at one point I lost vision ahead with the sun blinding me whilst I was driving to work.

The sprog is certainly growing very fast indeed, Steph! We asked him last night if he wants to see Santa at the local shopping centre or if he wants to see Santa on the Beach.  He replied that he wants to see him at the local shopping centre - daft sod. It's because he's obsessed with lifts and escalators.

Good morning all nice to see some early birds about. Weather wise not to promising today. I have hospital appointment so 40 miles it is regardless of weather.

I certainly will ladyCJ it's the rheumatology clinic they are always running late. Usually desperate for my tea by the time I get seen.

I used to work in Rheumatology - appointments are so scarce for the number of people who desperately need to be seen.  We used to have a Nurse-Led helpline for those who needed something to tide them over before their next infusion.

Morning LadyCG. Well, I'm being abandoned for Easter lol! MrSmow has to go away on business tomorrow so I'm home alone from Good Friday till Monday. Just me and the remote then! : )

True lol, I'm actually looking forward to not having to cook every night, have the tv to myself lol..... now if there was just a bit of a let up in the rain and we had at least one day to go out into the garden to sort it out it would be perfect!

Tell me about it. We had a proper hailstorm yesterday just as I was leaving the office.

Started sunny here yesterday so stupidly put some washing out, midday the heavens opened and we had torrential rain for about 2 hours - literally turned our road into a mini river, then about 4pm it suddenly stopped and sun came out for , oooh, an hour lol! Woke up today and guess what - rain again!!

Evening LadyCG. Missed you this morning and only had a brief scan before going out. Busy day getting the shopping done etc., so as have a relaxing and reflective weekend. Bleedin weather is awful but it doesn't seem to deter the visitors. Probably be unable to snaffle our fave pew for a pint over the next few days. Don't let that lad eat all his chocolate in one go. 🍫🍬
