All the question marks in Jan's response above - presumably representing words in Greek script - make it look a bit complex. Basically, 'anagraphic' is an obsolete word that would once have been applied to describe the process of 'writing up' information. For example, one may have scribbled a few notes during the course of the day and then, in the evening, written these up as a diary entry. That writing-up was anagraphic.
