Where to live?

Is there a website that helps identify nice places to live in the UK (that's places not property). Alternatively, it might identify where not to live if you can avoid it.

I've been looking too, but one site you might find useful is upmystreet.com so that if you find a place you might like you can find out what the crime level is, how much unemployment there is et cetera. Good luck!
