Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have been lucky enough on 3 occasions now to have my name published as "mystery word bonus �50 winner" in Express newspaper crosswords. However I have had to ring up to try and get my winnings more than the statutory 30 days after the announcement on each time. Has anyone else had this problem - and if so, what can be done about it?

I had a similar experience with the Express They sent a letter to say I had won a Jamie Oliver Tea Set Last April I forget how many calls and e mails it took until October for it to arrive! I just badgered them every day so they get so fed up with you they send the prize, mind you it may mean you don't get drawn out of the hat again.

I would say don't enter the competition. Of course I wouldn't buy the paper anyway.

Seems this is the norm .!!!

I won the Birthday Quiz in september last year (�250)
spent most of november ringing them .
finally got my cheque the week before christmas !!
10 weeks after i had won .

Thanks for your replies. Looks like I will still have to keep pestering them until I get what is rightfully mine. However I don't feel they should be allowed to offer cash prizes if they have no intention of paying them!

Don't give up...keep pestering them.
Write an indignant letter to the editor .

I won a �500 prize from Saga Magazine last year and it took three months for them to send me the money.
Hope you get your winnings soon...

I won �25.00 last year as runner up in sunday express crossword,after a few e-mails,I eventually got my prize about 2 month after I won it.
