We've been here before with other competitions - it turns into a vicious circle very soon since people will search the Web to find quiz answers, stumble across sites like this and blithely repost the same question irrespective of whether it's been posed here once or a dozen times.

The next stage sees regular AB users being irritated to various degrees (anything from docile to flamethrower) as they see categories being overrun with Marlboro questions, while others get swept off the front page of their respective category consequently not receiving the page views which could maybe provide an answer. It's akin to cleaning a corridor only to have somebody walking through with muddy boots every twenty seconds.

Could AB simply make a special page with all the questions and answers on it?

The contest answers don't have to be turned in until December, so there will probably be people searching for the answers until then. The internet is swamped with the questions!

I myself am in the race for the million, but I've been to the ranch before and would love to go back. It almost pays to be a smoker! lol

thank you bridgenut for your suggestion. and no, goldenfield, the creative and technical work is not a lot of hokkum....I wouldn't want to tell that to the Tech Heavies!
Exactly for Dustybun's reasons would I not want to create a subcategory just for Marlboro - let them work for it I say! We are emailing our more profligate marlboro puzzlers and we will post in Q&P reminding users to please put as many clues, questions in as few posts as possible - but please lets be nice, they're only American after all! lol

AB Ed - I don't think I would want your job for all the tea in China! A sort of sedentary version of the United Nations(!) taking in all our comments and grouses and doing your darnedest to decide and act in the best interests of the majority. You must be rapidly going grey - but we're glad you're there! :o)
