I have the number of a previous question, from this site, how can I look at it all?

I am interested in Goldenfield's answer as I could not see a number on this question, and what exactly is the address bar, please?
I noticed that 1-20 of 39230 messages was written at the top of the page, but that does not fit with your answer that this question is no.294429.
Is it possible to search and find a particular answer, instead of having to wade through them all, as I have been doing, please?
