I know it's pretty late but if any 'G' fans are still about and would like to swap or confirm I'd love to hear from you - I've gathered as many as I can, but have come to a halt S

Now, as I said, I keep looking through the grids for these other names but can see nothing. Inspiration may strike, you never know !

WOW !! I can actually help someone, instead of other way round = that is, if you are still looking, macpark.
Well, having said all that, I hope they're correct - I have
G [8] Geropigh
L [11] Litterateur
N [5] Nidor
P [11] Pedetentous
hope that's right !!
atoach, sorry didn't mean tp be so cryptic [ha ha !!] but I had a strange feeling I'd heard 'Tallow glass' somewhere before but who knows ?? anyway - Good luck all Steff
Hi Steff, I had a good day yesterday and finalised puzzles. Surprisingly the allocation of answers to the grids is not too difficult assuming the correct answers are to hand.
I was able to make one or two small amendments to my answers as I filled them in.
Your answers for N and P are spot on, but the G word needs to be geropigA to fit in.
I originally had your L word as an option but it doesn't fit .... answer to this is Logographer.
good luck (S) ☺

Sorry about the G word, can't read my own scrawl, I have it finishing in an A. Thanks for the corrected L - that would have been fun to try to put in,
JRB the first word is the name of a fashion magazine and if you out that into onelook.com with al the ?? ?????? it should give you the answer, however if you need more hlp I'll come back to the site later - must admit I'm watching the cricket [and 'Pup's' just made a hundred !!!]
Catch you all later - Steff
thanks to all for Tiring glass, however having worked out most of the grids I find I've 4 problem areas E outer germinal layer of embryo, W aged skin according to Spenser, I can't seem to fit pasear in properly and my top LH corner, RH grid looks a bit suss [and I promise I'll never mention cricket again] so if anyone's is around I'd welcome some help - I knew it all looked too good S
OK steff, we may not be good at cricket but I think we have a world class conkers team!!
For "E" try Epiblast .... (I originally had Ectoderm but had to change it to fit grid).
W = Wrizled (thanks atoach for lead on that one).
Pasear fits in RH grid bottom left.
The top left of RH grid should have Douanier as first across answer with Logographer as first downward answer.
I will be off to local rugby match shortly but will look again later to see if I can be of further help.
Cheers (S).
