Can anyone please tell me who sings the song in the background to this advert for the current BBC Christmas specials advert? It sounds like an old, blues singer (rough, gravelly voice) and he ends up with the line 'Is that you Santa Claus' .

I've searched through all the questions asked over the past 3 weeks and can't see any answers to this question, so apologies if it's already been asked/answered. :-)
