Stuck on Crossdresser (9 letters) and Small helmet shaped bread (2 words, 6 and 4)

Thanks for the prompt response both of you. Unfortunately, Richard the Lionheart cannot be the answer, though ingenious, because it has to be one word of nine letters, I was thinking along the lines of Victoria Cross for example, but probably completely wrong.
I'm not totally convinced about Coburg loaf either, though Coburg is a royal name, but will certainly bear it in mind. Thanks again, anyway.
