tv programme name?

a few years ago (last 5 i reckon) there was a tv programme on either bbc or channel 4 i think and it was like a reality programme about contestants dropped off in the middle of no where some where in the world and they had to beg barter and borrow to race home to britain, hitching lifts and so on. Any Ideas at all?
