Hi Yellow11, Had a ferret around and as I can make out , Harrison was a Major -General, but John Barkstead , John Okey and Cromwells brother-in-law John Jones Maesygarnedd were all colonels, alas I can't find their parentage.Hope this may helpin some way.

I think the parentage refers to the king -Charles I , whose parents were James I and Anne of Denmark.
