I have downloaded Google Earth and removed it several times as I cannot get it to run. When I put in a location I get an error mesage saying "Google Earth has encountered a problem and needs to close"
I have tried all the help lines to no avail. I have McAfee internet security installed and have tried to get it to allow Google but no luck. Any ideas anyone?
I am a bit of a rabbit on computers so make it simple.
