Is it DONE or DOVE(R) ?

I think it's DOVE which is Dover not finished and Dove is a river in derby.

Thanks Jammydodgem - I wasn't aware of the River Dove - that explains the answer; I was pretty sure it had to be Dove as in Dover, but didn't know why.
