KM Links Game - December week 1

Welcome to the start of a brand new month and a brand new competition - Queen Liz will be wearing the crown for the month of December, after a very close finish last weekend, while all the rest will attempt to remove it from her.

As you are all probably well aware, the idea is to predict the four link words which will match those appearing in this morning's Crossword by Kate Mepham, the second four appearing on Monday - and as most of us already know, it's not as easy as it sounds.

Shortly, one of Insomniacs Associated will post this morning's words, along with their own predictions and then it's 'open house' for the rest of us to lodge our own guesses, right up till the Monday links are posted and the comp. finishes.

This preamble seems to have been a bit on the stilted side, to say the least, particularly to those who are familiar with the usual silly seekeerz waffle - I think the heat must be getting to me a bit and on the off-chance that a newcomer might wander past and wonder who/what/when/etc and we wouldn't want them to wander off still wondering, now would we ???

Yes, it's definitely the heat and the tinnies, but absolutely no marmite sarnies that stuff's not even allowed into the country !! so I'm off for a bit before the site and my post all disappear - s'long for now S
