I have never seen such OTT acting as the police do in Emmerdale, If our police officers behaved in the same manner there would be an uprising !!! surely it must be obvious to the producers that they are all very much overacting and badly at that ! It really is spoiling the show for me which is a shame because I always thought it was a nice believable story line, but not any more.

Emmerdale used to be the best soap in my opinion,now its absolutely awful and i only occasionally watch the omnibus if there`s nothing else to do.I wish they would write the character Sam out of the show,he irritates me beyond words!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one having a go at soaps - I nearly got mobbed in another question and answer about something I was having a go about! Don't get me wrong, I'm an avid soap fan but I agree, some actors just shouldn't be allowed on tv! If we, the viewer, can spot it, why can't the directors etc!!
