I have been up and about since 7am, posted on here, hung up my Prim*rk bargains from yesterday - they had a 25p sale on incidently, all the little girls smock tops were 25p so I took the lot ! All different colours and 2 sets of each for her and her friend who's Mum cant afford very much.

My lamb is in the slow cooker with onion gravy and a whole pot of mint sauce and my potatoes are boiling as we speak. The mushrooms are soaking.

I have done two washes and have a tumble dry in and I think if none of you are up I am going to wrap my Mums birthday presents for next week. I will then get Tilly up for Chinese School - 10 - 3 p.m. every Sunday, she loves it ! And then I am at a loss.

Of course there is STILL loads of housework to do but I may persuade my friend to come out for a coffee with me and a walk around Fairhaven Lake in St Annes. I have done really very well keeping on the Wagon this weekend although I cant say that I havent been INCREDIBLY TEMPTED ! Lets say I feel so much better for it though. I am bored because I have ditched all my so called drinking buddies and thanks to a certain person on here who emails me I am keeping off the wagon with hers and others support.

I may take up your suggestion Mirela and bake some cakes. Only I dont know how to lol !

I think I have a cheesecake mix in the back of the cupboard somewhere.

Hi Tickle. I thought you may have been from Preston with your name. I love that hotel The Tickled Trout, its one of the best around. I am simply thinking of all the things that could be done in the house but I really need to get out and have some company today.

My Dad had a go at me yesterday because I bought him some things for his holidays from Pr*mark, just some 3/4 jogging pants and some vests because he has been so good to me over the last few weeks, running me to work etc when he is 70 himself and has cancer. He told me that I shouldnt waste my money and that he has loads of clothes. It really upset me.

Anyway I hope you enjoy your trip out for lunch, do you have far to drive?

Thanks also guys for your kind words regarding my Dad. I suppose he was just being grumpy yesterday and he has every right to be I suppose. Tilly has just gone round to help him with the garden as there is no Chinese School today!

I have just had a very good clear up in my bedroom and it true to say WHERE THERE IS MUCK THERE IS MONEY !

I found �40.00 - 2 x �20 notes in a handbag that I havent used for ages and several �2.00 coins! I also found bags and bags of presents that I have bought for Tillys Birthday that I forgot about and my QM2 wardrobe is now coming on fabulously ! I had even bought the rain macs for Niagra Falls that I had forgotten about.

I have done 4 wash loads and done the dinner! I am running out of coathangars. I am a shopaholic.

I have also put together nearly 50 wheely bin liners of stuff for a car boot sale, Tillys toys, clothes, household junk (one mans junk is another mans treasure though isnt it!) so I am going at it HARD AND FAST.

I am going to blitz my lounge in a minute (kitchen is nearly done) and see if I can find any MORE carrier bags full of stuff that I have bought and cant remember doing so.

An illness perhaps !!!!

morning katie, i woke up at half 4 today, coz stupid gravy set alarm 1 hours ahead by wrong!!! or maybe he spring forward his phone 2 hours ahead. so i quickly made lunch pack then back to bed until half 8. done 1 hr driving, it is so nice driving in the morning under the sunshine:))) got another lesson to do later, coz i booked my test in 2 weeks time!!wohoo...

I am addicted to my housework today. I am doing things that I have been meaning to do for ages. Good afternoon Katie and everyone
I have been up and about for quite a while but have only just been able to get on the computer.
Sun is shining here - I have 2 lots of washing out so I hope it stays dry for a couple of hours. I have got a beef casserole in the slow cooker which is beginning to smell tasty now.
Oh well - off to do the ironing I suppose! (might have a quick go on Tetris first)
