KM Links Game - August week 5

Well, here we are, right at the end of the month, ready for the final showdown - will it be patchett or will it be lysander or will one of the several followers come flying through to trump everyone else.
Good morning all, welcome to 'that maddening game' to which we all seem to be addicted [nicely so, though !!]
As usual, one of the early rising crew [and their delivered newspaper] will post the link words along with their own selection and then the rest can try their luck as well.
This will continue until Monday morning when the matches are posted and the results known and somebody will be 'sitting pretty' for the next month.
There are no restrictions regardingword lengths on KM but don't forget when heading for MM - and while on that subject - a comment was made regarding Bottled Water and why would one buy that - the person has obviously never drunk Adelaide's water !!!!!! Nuff said.
