Is anyone else having ongoing problems with this 'improved' site? Today it tells me my subscription has been cancelled!!!! It seems to me that I am paying 35,99 to be a guinea pig as they don't seem to be able to get the site working properly!

I hope this soon settles down.
Otherwise it is offering a much wider and more attractive service.
I hope your problem gets sorted out quickly.

Thanks perhaps it's just me......I have a Channel Island address so maybe the Barclays are picking on all of us andnot just Sark! I have had the problem you describe and a couple of times when I have submitted a puzzle, I got an error message and the site 'lost' the completed xword and showed it as played!
lots of issues with the new site, sometimes can't get on, sometimes it shows the wrong crossword and then won't let you play the right one, sometimes it won't register your submission and you lose the points, and my number one beef, how the hell has the leader on the scoreboard got that many points? Do the maths, it's not possible unless they're somehow getting bonus time points for old puzzles when they shouldn't be...i only take the leader board seriously after about the first ten people.
