body parts

After spending 6 weeks on this quiz I am now down to the last 8 questions - all of which have body parts in their answers - they can be sayings ie "strong arm of the law" or just a part - ie intestine

1. Too many jars? A large pot is the answer (5,6)
2. Yul Brunner as gang member (8)
3. A bad habit but exciting (4, 7)
4. An illuminating facial feature (7, 3)
5. Driving manoeuvre requiring at least one foot (4,3,3)
6. Played on stage by fourteen perhaps (4,6,8) - the answer to 14 is one-armed bandit but I am not sure if this is related or not
7. Proverbially hard to come by (4, 5)
8. These could be the reason sight's fallen off, perhaps (6,2,10)

any ideas - it is driving me crazy.

not sure about 3 being Nail Chewing... nail biting fits so much better...

and I don't think no 1 is Belly Buster - doesn't really fit with the clue and they are all quite obvious once you get them.

sorry, it doesn't actually fit as biting is only 6 letters but fits the clue - you describe something exciting as nail biting.... not nail chewing...
