hi does anyone know how to do the paper clip test on a vectra 2.0sri 1999 i know where the plug is its under the handbrake but what pins do i connect anyone with a diagram would be so grateful or a link to find out how to do it.

Bit of advise, do not use a paper clip, get a proper Tester they are not that dear.

Lets assume that the diagnostics box is rectanglular.
Position yourself such that one short side with two protrusions is ON YOUR LEFT HAND, and one long side with a indentation is NEAREST to you.
On the other long side count one from your left (short side with protrusions) to your right side pin 5 and 6 are there.
