driving without a due care and attention sentence

i have sommonsed for driving without due care and attention offences. as i was going to work i came to small junction where there was a van blocking the traffic. i wait long enough more then 40 minutes. i slightly gave him a small tune then the driver look not been bother.after carefully assessed the situation and with my experiences of bus driver and lorry driver. i observed the incoming car and the first car is also awaiting to turn right aswell. so i wait for grenn and wait for couple second to see the attention of the first car of the incoming will do, it seen still awaiting then slowing and carefully i went out on other side to pass him from behind as there was a gap. then a police patrol arrived on the right of the juction and asked me to go back as i did, then i ve been told to park. the van was still there even another 15 minutes as i was given my detail to the police. now then send me court for driving without due care and attention and also cover the potential obstruction as if there was a bus blocking and i did not see anything happening at junction and i did not obey a keep right arrow. i have not cause an potential danger to any other road user. i benn driving for the 8 year and been always vigilant. what would to me at court . they trying to twist the fact in their statement as look like driving due care
any advice
any similar circunstances.

Suggest you plead not guilty. Go to court and explain what happened to court. Just make sure you make it clear what happened as your statement above is a little difficult to follow.
