Good Morning Guessers.
Some of you may have been expecting Bridgenut today, but he is going to be unavailable for much of the month and has therefore abdicated his crown. Crofter too is going to be away this month and the scoring for March will once again be undertaken by his deputy gen2.

As for me, well, I'm Mister E, here as your guest by personal invitation. I have had the game thoroughly explained to me in all its subtle detail and I think I have just about grasped the concept. First though, I had to get some ideas for the links so it was always at the back of my mind while I was out and about the last couple of days.

On Wednesday, we drove past the local Animal Park but it was closed for the winter. You wouldn't have thought so though, since there was still a huge sign by the roadside pointing to the entrance. It featured an over-lifesize picture of capuchin monkeys. There was another copy of it on the other side of the road beside the ape enclosure. We therefore had to find something else to do in the neighbourhood so we wandered into the town's Museum and Art Gallery where the local Photographic Society had an exhibition of recent work. Something there triggered the seeds of an idea, not sure what, since I can't quite put my finger on it, but if I remember in time, the post should appear below at 9am. Then it will be up to you, but how do you manage it? Is it through ESP? Or maybe you approach it a more scientific manner by writing down all the possibilities and then just stick a pin in it?

The whole point is to have fun anyway, so enjoy yourselves - see you in 15 mins.

As with all previous setters, I shall follow the rules relating the word length as introduced by crofter. Each of my chosen link words contains at least four letters and at most eight. Stray outside this range and you will be wasting one or more of your attempts! Each of my selected words may go in front of or after my challenge word. The competition will officially close at 7.00pm on Sunday evening when gen2will declare my selected words then apply the same rules for awarding points that have been applied during all MM Link Games in the past. My first set of words to be linked should appear below at 9.00am.

not sure of the links but I think Gen2 is hidden near our mister E guest
