It's the Trans Pennine Trail Marker Post on the seafront at Hornsea. It marks the start/end of the 215-mile mile trail across the backbone of England from/to Southport.
As I've said previously in my answers to these 'where am I pics?' I'm a geologist from N. Wales. I've never been to Hornsea! But I know (as in previous weeks) I'm correct
