Beans

Just found a US recipe for a cheap tasty dish; it says you need tin of black beans, tin of kidney beans and tin of pinto beans to make the dish. I know what kidney beans are but don't know what black or pinto beans are; any help out there? TIA

Black beans are used a lot in Caribbean food,they look like a black kidney bean,I''ve seen them in West Indian shops but not the supermarket.Pinto beans are also known as Borlotti,quite easy to find. Hope that helps.
