Are there any sites which would take the seven letters and find the highest scoring word possible (not counting special squares on the board of course)?

This will provide answers in alphabet, word length or points scored order. Also you can put in " wild" symbols and various other stuff options.http://www.a2zwordfinder.com/scrabble.html . Site also does crosswords etc.

The Chambers site will do anagrams and you can put in words to check if they are acceptable Scrabble words from the Official Scrabble Words list (it will tell you if it is OSW or if it is only acceptable under US rules).
