Local quiz

For all you mathematicians out there, please can you help with this local quiz clue:

Please reduce 36 Miles, 3, Fulongs, 36 Poles, 5 yards to feet

The answer is either

a) 192288
b) 192291
c) 192200

I have tried using converters, but none of my answers correspond. Am I going mad?

36 miles is 190080. 3 furlongs is 660. 36 poles is 594. 5 yards is 15. which I make 192349. but that doesnt fit any of the answers.

Mine don't either - 5280x36=190080
660x3 = 1980
16.5 x 36 = 594
3x5 = 15
=192669 I'm useless at maths but this is what arrived at

My furlongs was wrong should be 660 x 3 which is 1980 which totals 192669, so still different.

Alison, it would be good if you would acknowledge all the people who have tried to work this out for you. Does this tie up with what you worked out?
