well I did have a hand crafted bonnet but felt it only right and proper to wear the one I got for christmas , it has a pom pom and is very cosy

my old one will do for the teapot

By the way, do you think the increase in my fortunes could possibly be linked to your increasing your salary again ? It is a new year, you know and all you pensioners have had loads of money in winter fuel and cold weather payments.
What do you think ? Just a small increase now with more later ?
