MM and KM Links April 2010 [Week 2]
16 Answers
I am pleased to note that the first week in the reign of “Lady Jan” went smoothly, although many would sat that “Women’s Hour” was an inappropriate link. I always like to allow the setter as much freedom as possible with his/her choice of link words and I was convinced that no-one would predict that particular link!
Tomorrow, it looks as if the weather is definitely turning Spring-like and the gardeners can begin to set to work to get everything in order for Summer. The frogspawn in the nearby pond is starting to elongate in the early stages of metamorphosis, as Mother Nature works her magic for regeneration.

Remember (with MM Links) ~ early hits gain bonus points! This is not to be confused with the international version of this same game which is called KM Links and kicks off at a very early hour (which is difficult to predict precisely). Consequently, the timing of your posting is deemed to be irrelevant ~ only the number of hits you are able to register.
The regular organiser of KM Links comes all the way from Oz and goes by the name of “seekeerz”. As I always say ~ “Why not chance your arm at both Link Games?” They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.
Until I see you tomorrow ~ “Happy Linking”!

Good evening crofter and Strix! Before i go rushing out I just want to leave you a link that someone sent me today. 1944 ~ a bit 'booge-woogie bugle boy'-ish but look what happens after the song! I wonder if Simon Cowell knows about these ladies! Lol Enjoy your evening in the shrubbery ~ I may get back before the wine runs out!!

evening all!
hope you are all fit and well ready to do the links in the morning
I will have to dash as soon as I have entered the links as I am at work at 10am
we have moved lots of lines round the store so customers are getting lost so I am helping them find what they are looking for
although most seem to want the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
and all think they are the first to say it(((((((

Good evening everyone. I'm sitting dopily in front of the computer screen trying to work up enthusiasm for something - anything! - in betwen checking progress at the Masters in Augusta. Can a Brit win it this year? No, of course not. Can I get a point from Jan's links tomorrow? No, of course not. Will my two horrible moggies stop bringing me presents of mice? No (etc). Will the sun come up tomorrow? Probably.
Just had to go to another computer...my laptop is playing up!
Loved the link Dustybun! The ladies of the shrubbery don't change!
tearinghair...you do seem disillusioned...
and will politicians tell the truth?..no! I have resorted to shouting at my telly!
Jan...I did wonder at an apostrophe last week. I remember wanting to use one when I did the links once, and chose against it. Well it was guessed anyway!
Look forward to tomorrow, albeit later on,...does wine make you chat?...I am happy to pour you aglass or two!

Having watched Ashes to Ashes I'm still in a complete fog about what's going on there!
It's not so much a bad week just past, Pauline, but the prospect of a difficult one to come. Just a bit stressful as I'm stepping out of what I believe the current jargon calls my 'comfort zone'. Am now feeling more bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, however (that makes me sound like a squirrel) so will look forward to tomorrow's two links games.
