The moat has been thoroughly cleaned since last week and members are advised that swimming is again safe between the lower green flag and the upper green flag.

On no account are members to try to swim between the upper green flag and the lower green flag. This could be hazardous.

All prizes for the non-raffle will be gratefully accepted if left on the small hall table.

Tonight's winning tickets will be drawn tonight.

I've been trying to see the space shuttle, but it's too light up here in these northern latitudes.Cannot see a thing in the sky, still blue with a bit of hazy cloud. I'll have to wait for winter to see anything. Will it still be going round then ?

Gran I hate to tell you but those yellow things aren't raffle tickets. I have seen spent diabetes sticks before. I should just put them on the floor and rinse your fingers in the punch bowl - not for too long mind - your nails might disintegrate - young Suezy has been mixing with the measurements.
