It has long been the tradition to force some Asian girls into arranged marriages, but it now seems they are not the only ones.

It shouldn't take too long to see that those forced into marriage are living with their new wives. Marriages of convenience in order to escape the immigration rules are never consumated and they live apart. If as you say its just a scam it should be hit on the head pronto.
