Because of my inflammed ear which hurts when I eat, especially chewy stuff I haven't eaten much recently and at the moment i'm starving (had a sandwich and a banana at about 5pm) what nice, sweet comfort food, pudding can I make myself?

We've got custard powder (and the other stuff to make custard), cremem fraiche, drinking chocolate (and cocoa i think), an apple (which would have to be chopped very finely), grapes, honey, syrup, cheerios, mini oatibix, shreddies aswell as the basics such as sugar and flour . . . .

obviously the recipe doesn't have to include all of the above. . . .

Ther'es no banana left, hence why I didn't include it on the list of stuff i can use.
Baked stuffed apple and custard - then you dont have to chop the apple.

And i'm assuming I peel it first . . . .
I'll just get me vino and get comfy lol....
When you bake or microwave it the skin of the apple simply separates off the flesh, so you can just leave it on the plate.

don't peel it, core it and its usually stuffed with raisins or chopped dried fruit, but you could use whatever you have e.g. chop up the grapes and mix with honey or syrup - or just bake it plain with no stuffing. You dont eat the kin, that just keeps it together and it's all soft in the middle.

aaahhhhh thanks, it would save me the hastle.

anyway what can I stuff the apple with? Also it's a normal eating apple not a cooking apple.

The grapes are seedless . . .
Stuff the apple with grapes and cheerios, coat it with syrup, dust with custard powder, and plop it in the toaster fo 27 minutes at 15psi.
One large glass coming your way Helen!!!
eating apple is fine.
Question Author
What about stuffing it with crushed oatibix and honey, or would syrup be better? with cremem fraiche on the side?

This is going to be a very long night.....dessert around midnight, anybody?
oatibix would absorb too much of the apple moisture and you'd be left with apple flavoured stodge.
