Hair Knots

I have huge hair knots and school is six days away. Please tell me any products or secrets there are to help... I tried EVERYTHING

Smother it, and I mean really smother it in conditioner after you've washed it. Leave the conditioner in for a few minutes then get a very wide toothed comb and gently pull it through the hair. It'll take a while.

Brush it with conditioner in it.

I'd agree about smothering it in conditioner, but I'd start with using a brush before a comb.
You'll do it, but take your time.

Thanks for all your answers... i smothered my hair and picked at it with a rat tail comb then i put a mixture of coconut oil, water, and a little bit of conditioner in a spray bottle and sprayed my hair then picked at some more... Thanks for all your help my big knots are almost out and my depression is going away. God Bless You.

I have long hair that gets into a terrible tangle especially when it is washed. A few weeks ago i bought one of the detangling brushes that scorpiojo gives a link for, and it is brilliant! I would recommend them for tangled hair - you can use them on wet or dry hair. I bought mine from Boots.

Hot Oil by VO5 (I think) will make your hair much slinkier than normal conditioner- try it. Maybe consider a more manageable hair style? My hair gets very knotty so I just have it trimmed and long layers put in and it sorts it out!
