Odd One Out

Which is the odd one out and why?
Bull, Bear,Greyhound, Hare, Salmon, Stag

You could give three reasons for the salmon to be the odd one out. 1) It's a fish 2) It's the only one to lay eggs 3) It's the only one that has no limbs.

Could be something to do with man hunting them all except the greyhound which does the chasing.
My arguement falls apart when you think about the bull but this might help someone else to pick up the ball and run.
