The only way to beat him is to climb on to his back, hold on to whatever you can, hold on 'til there's no fight left in him. You ride the devil's back until you beat him.
I know when I spent time in Ohio cowboys referred to unbroken horses as devils.
But saying that, I may be completely wrong!!
