In 1968 (!) my botany teacher said that the elements in a plant could be pronounced:

CHONSP

CHo you've got above, and add

Nitrogen, Sulphur and phosphorus

(and I think you have at least 99%)

I would say that fresh wood is mostly water which is only hydrogen and oxygen, then cellulose, then lignin then hemi-cellulose.
