What is more viscous than water and more dense so that the water will float on top? i.e. they also must be immisible.

Mercury
Oil will float on top of water.
Trichloromethane, or chloroform (CHCl3) is more viscous and dense than water, and immiscible.
Chloroform is less viscous than water.
