Reading through it, Sp....she appears to have only been interested in abusing her power and humiliating another person...would she have cared about a child? I don't think so.
A less serious incident.....I gave birth to my first a year after I married. I know I did look much younger than I was but didn't expect the nurse taking my details in the labour ward to ask the date of my marriage... no doubt hoping for it to be less than nine months past....though why it interested her????
I replied that I'd tell her if she could assure me it would make labour easier or benefit my treatment....x

It is clearly an abuse of position, and designed entirely to make the gentleman concerned feel uncomfortable.
The fact that interviewer made it clear that a refusal to respond would directly affect the application is nothing short of bullying.
I hope this dreadful woman is dismissed, as an example to all other employees to ensure that they remain withint the boundaries of their remit.
